High Range Water Reducer SNF PNS FDN NSF Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde with Low Price
------XRT-SN
Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Introduction:
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate water-reducing agent is a synthetic powder formulated from β-sulphonate formaldehyde condensate and reactive polymers. It features high-range water reduction, set-retarding properties, and excellent strength-enhancing performance. With a sodium sulfate content of less than 10%, it is ideal for medium-to-high strength concrete requiring significant water reduction.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Usage Instructions:
2.1 Dosage
Blending dosage: 0.5%–1.0% (by weight of cement), with a recommended dosage of 0.6%.
Adjust dosage based on specific mix design and performance requirements.
2.2 Solution Preparation
Prepare aqueous solutions as needed, following standard mixing procedures for concrete admixtures.
2.3 Application Methods
The powder agent can be used directly.
Alternatively, add the agent to the mix followed by water addition, maintaining a water-to-cement ratio of 60% (or as specified in
the mix design).

Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Applications:
4.1 Curing Processes
Widely used in self-cured and vapor-cured concrete formulations, it demonstrates outstanding early-stage performance. This
significantly improves modulus and site utilization efficiency, even eliminating the need for vapor curing during peak summer heat.
Statistically, 40–60 metric tons of coal can be saved per metric ton of this agent consumed.
4.2 Concrete Formulations
Suitable for preparing early-strength, high-strength, high anti-filtration, self-sealing, and pumpable concrete.
4.3 Construction Scenarios
Extensively applied in pre-cast and ready-mixed concrete, reinforced concrete, and pre-stressed reinforced concrete for key
projects, including:
Dam and port construction
Road building and urban planning projects
Residential and commercial constructions
4.4 Cement Compatibility
