oncrete air entraining agent Sodium Alpha-Olefin Sulfonate(AOS) Powder is has excellent wetting property, detergency, foaming ability and stability ,and emulsifying power. It also has excellent calcium soap dispersibility, hard water resistency and biodegradation. The product features high biodegradability, mild irritation to human skin and excellent compatibility with all types of surfactants, superplasticizers and industrial additives. When formulated into concrete admixtures, GI-AOP/92 generates abundant uniform fine closed micro-foam with easy rinsing performance, reducing surface floating bubbles and concrete honeycomb defects.
Dsage:
2. Direct powder application (dry-mix mortar production line)
Ordinary masonry mortar & interior/exterior plaster mortar
Dosage: 0.01% ~ 0.03% by mass of cementitious materials (cement + fly ash).
Self-leveling mortar & thermal insulation plaster mortar
Dosage: 0.02% ~ 0.04% by mass of cementitious materials.
3. Cast-in-place ready-mix concrete (road, bridge, hydraulic structure, frost-resistant components)
Standard ready-mix concrete, pavement & bridge common concrete
External dosage: 0.02% ~ 0.035% based on total cementitious materials (cement + slag powder + fly ash).
Concrete for frigid zones, hydraulic dams, aqueducts & deicing salt resistant structures
External dosage: 0.035% ~ 0.06%.
Foamed lightweight concrete & thermal insulation wall panels
External dosage: 0.10% ~ 0.30%.
Practical Operation Notes
1.If excessive foam and floating bubbles appear on concrete surface, a small amount of silicone defoamer (0.05%~0.2% in formula) can be added for adjustment.
2.Compatible with polycarboxylate superplasticizer when added simultaneously. Dissolve the powder in mixing water in advance; do not sprinkle dry powder directly onto cement.
