XRT-DR is a special concrete additive with slump retention and anti-clay performance. As an Anti-Clay PCE Superplasticizer mixed with a high-efficiency water-reducing base liquid, it greatly improves concrete workability and stickiness. This High Slump Retention Water Reducer for Clay Aggregate Concrete maintains concrete slump for 2–4 hours and prevents a slump drop caused by excess clay and fine particles in the raw materials, ensuring steady, reliable concrete quality.
◆ No initial water reduction, does not increase the initial expansion
and slump of concrete;
◆ The water reduction performance is gradually produced after 1
hour, and the slump of concrete will increase with time by
increasing the amount of slump retention and mud resistance
agent;
◆ With resistance to clay/stone powder and temperature caused by slump loss
problems;
◆ The use of XRT-DR Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer can be appropriate to reduce the amount of water reducer.
