XRT-WC polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a modified alkylene polyoxyethylene ether monomer, also known as a six-carbon monomer. It further enhances the workability of freshly mixed concrete, particularly for high-slump concrete, self-leveling concrete, or self-compacting concrete.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Overview

XRT-WC polycarboxylate superplasticizer is made from a modified alkylene polyoxyethylene ether monomer, also called a 6-carbon monomer, producing a 6-carbon polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer. It makes fresh concrete much easier to work with, performing especially well with high-slump, self-leveling, and self-compacting concrete. When using low-quality sand and stone, cement that isn’t well-adapted, or reduced cementitious content, XRT-WC — an eco-friendly polycarboxylate water reducer — greatly stabilizes the slump and improves paste wrapping. It delivers excellent results even where common retarders fail, with clear and reliable performance.

6-carbon PCE Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Core Features

This is a 6-carbon PCE polycarboxylate superplasticizer, also optimized as a low-slump-loss PCE superplasticizer formulation for long-haul mixes, and is ideal as a polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high-strength precast concrete.

High Water Reduction Efficiency

     Strong water-reducing power: Boosts concrete fluidity at the same water   

     content, or cuts mixing water sharply to lift concrete strength while  

      maintaining consistent flow.

Excellent Slump Retention

     Minimal long-term slump loss, preserves workability for long-distance transport and high-temp construction, no segregation or     

     bleeding.

◆ Wide Material Compatibility

     Performs well with low-grade sand & stone, high-mud aggregates, ordinary and low-grade cement, and stable even with poorly        

    adaptable cement.

◆Superior Paste Coating & Workability

     Perfect aggregate wrapping, no stratification, enables smooth pumping, ideal for high-slump, self-leveling and self-compacting  

     concrete.

◆Great for Low-Binder Mixes

     Stable work performance in mixes with low cementitious materials, effectively cutting cement costs without compromising quality.

◆ Broad Application Scope

     Fixes slump retention and construction issues that regular retarders can’t solve, suitable for both normal and high-temperature

Application Instructions

1. Start trial mixing at 1.8%, then adjust gradually to find the optimal dosage.

2. Low dosage: Poor water reduction, insufficient fluidity, dry mix, and hard to pump.

3. Excessive dosage: Slight retarding, bleeding, and more surface bubbles.
