Made from high-strength steel wire via professional milling process, our milled steel fiber is a premium concrete reinforcement material. With specially designed hooked ends and textured surface, it delivers strong bonding force with concrete and keeps excellent dispersion during mixing.

 Recommended dosage ranges for common application areas:

◆Road surfaces & airport runways (anti-fatigue & wear resistance) 

      20–50 kg/m³ (approx. 0.2%–0.6% by volume)

◆Precast concrete elements (improve toughness & reduce cracks) 

      10–30 kg/m³ (approx. 0.1%–0.35% by volume)

◆ Shotcrete & tunnel linings (enhance early strength & prevent spalling)

       30–60 kg/m³ (approx. 0.3%–0.7% by volume)

◆ High-performance concrete / UHPC (with micro mortar & other additives)

      40–120 kg/m³ (approx. 0.4%–2.0% by volume, subject to design requirements)

◆ Bridges & structural components (anti-crack & ductility reinforcement, partial replacement of transverse steel bars)

1.Q:How to ensure uniform dispersion of fibers in concrete?

  A:Use forced-action mixers, add fibers in stages, prepare a good paste first, avoid tossing in fiber mats, follow manufacturer mixing 

       times, and inspect samples.

2.Q:Will milled fibers affect slump and pumpability? How to improve?

    A:High dosages reduce slump and may affect pumpability. Improve with PCE superplasticizers, viscosity modifiers, optimized 

         aggregate grading, staged fiber addition and longer mixing.

3.Q: What performance can milled steel fiber improve for concrete?

    A: It greatly enhances concrete crack resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, impermeability and fatigue resistance.

4.Q:What are packaging, MOQ and lead time?

    A:Common packaging: 25kg bags/boxes, bulk or big bags; MOQ depends on supplier (samples to tons); lead time typically 7–15 days          depending on stock and order size.
