Twisted Fibers are engineered to enhance concrete performance. Designed as a cost-effective alternative to steel fibers, they form a 3D reinforcement network within concrete matrices, mitigating microcracks caused by thermal fluctuations, plastic shrinkage, and drying stresses. The twisted bundle structure ensures optimal dispersion and bonding, delivering superior crack resistance and durability.

Our white polymer twisted fibers are made from new clear PP pellets for a natural white appearance. Black/grey fibers usually contain recycled plastic and carbon filler. The white tone indicates no impurities, with stable chemistry and strong alkali resistance.
White polymer twisted fibers blend well with light concrete, leaving no dark spots after polishing. Perfect for floors, decorative overlays, and precast ornaments.
You can easily see even dispersion or exposed white polymer twisted fibers during construction for quick inspection and touch-up.
The white color only improves visual handling. It does not affect anti-crack, crack-bridging, or durability, the same as coloured polymer fibers.
Use white polymer twisted fibers for pale polished floors and decorative precast parts; choose grey fibers if you need visual concealment.
| Feature | Details |
| Save money | About 50% cheaper than steel fibers — more budget left for what matters. |
| Corrosion Resistance | Holds up in damp or chemically harsh environments, such as basements and kitchens. |
| Lightweight Design | At just 0.91 g/cm³, it reduces your structure's weight. |
Chemical Stability | Not bothered by oil, detergents, or common industrial chemicals. |
| Easy Handling | Dry fibers mix right in — no special gear, no fuss. |
First, add the fibers to the aggregates and mix for about 2 minutes. Then add the cement and water and keep mixing.
If you're using higher doses (for example, 5.5 kg/m³), extend mixing to 7–10 minutes to ensure the fibers spread evenly.
In some projects, you can pair this with polypropylene mesh fiber (0.9 kg/m²) — it helps control cracking and keeps hairline cracks
from showing up.
Save money: swapping 47 kg/m³ of steel fibers for 5.4 kg/m³ of XRT-PLW provides the same reinforcement at roughly half the cost.
Better long-term: it lasts longer and cracks less, so you'll spend less on repairs later.
Color: available in white — great when appearance matters.
Lengths: choose from 38, 48, 50, 54, 60 mm, etc.
Sold in 1 kg or 0.9 kg water-soluble bags for easy handling and eco-friendly disposal.
A: White polymer twisted fibres eliminate early plastic shrinkage hairline cracks and slow down dry shrinkage cracking. It cannot
completely prevent large structural cracks caused by overloading, foundation settlement, or severe temperature differences.
A: Mixed with qualified white polymer twisted fibres, concrete effectively blocks microcracks and water penetration. Its service life
can be extended by 20–40% compared with ordinary concrete under the same environment. Service lifespan also depends on
raw materials, construction craft, and external erosion conditions.
A: White polymer twisted fibers only control micro-shrinkage cracks. For structural load-bearing parts such as beams, columns and
large slabs, rebar is still mandatory. Fibres serve as secondary reinforcement rather than a full replacement for steel rebar.
A: Proper dosage and finishing avoid fibre protrusion. For polished floors, use recommended finisher steps; white fibres often blend
well with light-coloured concrete.
A: Supplied in bags/cartons or boxed OEM packaging; bulk orders available with lead times. Contact the supplier with project
volume for quotes and logistics.
PCE superplasticizer, also known as polycarboxylate superplasticizer, is a high-performance water reducer. This PCE-based admixture offers strong water reduction and slump retention. But improper use can cause cement incompatibility, bleeding, segregation, over-dosing, surface bubbles, delayed setting and strength loss. To prevent these issues, test compatibility, control dosage and mixing water, follow placing procedures, and never mix PCE with naphthalene-based water reducers. Anhui Xinrui-te supplies polycarboxylate water reducer and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE) represents the peak of concrete chemical technology, offering ultra-high water reduction, reliable slump retention, and customizable molecular structures tailored to tackle raw material challenges. This technical guide outlines the core working mechanisms, perf
Polypropylene Fiber for Concrete is a high-performance synthetic additive uniformly dispersed throughout the concrete matrix to prevent plastic shrinkage cracking, enhance impact and abrasion resistance, reduce permeability, and improve structural durability across both fresh and hardened states.Wha
This article analyzes the steady rise in **PCE superplasticizer** prices in 2026, driven mainly by crude‑oil volatility and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Based on the naphtha‑cracking route, it quantifies how oil‑price changes transmit through EO and TPEG to affect the costs of PCE powder and 40% liquid mother liquor. Three oil‑price scenarios illustrate potential cost fluctuations. It also shares practical coping strategies for overseas buyers, covering contract optimization, inventory‑logistics adjustment, product‑form selection, downstream cost transfer, and raw‑material price monitoring, to help importers mitigate market risks amid price turbulence.
ConclusionControlling bleeding in concrete made with polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a comprehensive process involving several factors. These include:※ Customized design of the polycarboxylate water reducers’s molecular structure※ Proper use of air-entraining agents and viscosity-modifying admix

Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate (SNF) based admixtures are widely used as high-range water reducers in modern concrete production. By improving cement particle dispersion, SNF helps reduce water demand by around 18% to 28% while maintaining good workability and strength development. Its unique chemical
Global ocean freight keeps rising, with South America routes hit hardest. Traditional liquid PCE superplasticizer only has 40‑50% solid content. Water fills much of the container space, driving up logistics costs and increasing the risk of performance degradation during long‑distance hot sea transport. This article covers three main PCE forms: liquid, powder, and flake, and highlights the merits of flake or powder PCE superplasticizer. Cost simulation based on a 40'GP container shows that high‑solid solid‑form PCE greatly reduces freight cost per ton of active substance. With stable performance, long shelf life, low storage requirements, and good compatibility with ready‑mix concrete and dry mortar, it is a preferred cost‑saving solution for concrete admixture importers and distributors amid surging ocean freight.
