XRT-ARG
xinrui-te
XRT-ARG AR glass fiber chopped strands are high-integrity short fibers made from low-twist yarns that deliver strong reinforcement at low dosage. Their sizing system makes the fibers easy to blend while keeping the yarns intact. Designed for dry-mix or other premix processes, they’re ideal for later forming into complex-shaped GRC (glass fiber–reinforced concrete) components.

◎ Water-dispersed AR glass fiber chopped strand for concrete. The water-dispersible type can be added directly into
the mix on the shop floor without any special equipment — it disperses down to single filaments in binders like
calcium silicate slurry or cement paste.
◎Excellent alkali resistance and durability of Glassfiber. The high zirconia (zirconium oxide) content helps the fibers
resist corrosion in the highly alkaline cement environment, so GRC parts keep their strength and last a long time.
◎Keeps glass fiber intact during mixing. Low-twist yarns combined with a special wetting agent mean the fibers don't
break or clump up easily while stirring, so their structure stays whole, and the reinforcement stays consistent and
reliable.
◎Good stiffness. The fibers stay firm and don't tangle or knot easily in the mix, so they spread evenly and give the
parts steady crack resistance and flexural strength.
◎ In concrete applications: XRT-ARG chopped fibers can be added straight into dry-mix systems or concrete mixes and
will disperse evenly without special equipment. They stay intact during mixing and provide effective reinforcement
at low dosages, helping reduce early shrinkage cracks and improving crack resistance, impact resistance, and overall
durability in precast concrete, cement mortars, and dry-mix plasters.
◎ For GRC parts: The cement-and-AR Glass fiber mix is poured or pumped into molds, much like other precast
production methods. The mix is compacted by vibration or with added components, left in the mold to cure, and
demolded the next day. The premix process simplifies mold prep and demolding.
Packaging & storage
◎ Packed in 20 kgs bags. 20pallets/18tons/20’gp container.
◎ AR glass fiber pallets should be kept dry and left in their original packaging. We recommend single-layer stacking.
Store at 15–35°C with relative humidity between 35% and 65%. If the storage temperature drops below 15°C, let the
pallets sit in the workshop for 24 hours before use to prevent condensation.

PCE superplasticizer, also known as polycarboxylate superplasticizer, is a high-performance water reducer. This PCE-based admixture offers strong water reduction and slump retention. But improper use can cause cement incompatibility, bleeding, segregation, over-dosing, surface bubbles, delayed setting and strength loss. To prevent these issues, test compatibility, control dosage and mixing water, follow placing procedures, and never mix PCE with naphthalene-based water reducers. Anhui Xinrui-te supplies polycarboxylate water reducer and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE) represents the peak of concrete chemical technology, offering ultra-high water reduction, reliable slump retention, and customizable molecular structures tailored to tackle raw material challenges. This technical guide outlines the core working mechanisms, perf
Polypropylene Fiber for Concrete is a high-performance synthetic additive uniformly dispersed throughout the concrete matrix to prevent plastic shrinkage cracking, enhance impact and abrasion resistance, reduce permeability, and improve structural durability across both fresh and hardened states.Wha
This article analyzes the steady rise in **PCE superplasticizer** prices in 2026, driven mainly by crude‑oil volatility and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Based on the naphtha‑cracking route, it quantifies how oil‑price changes transmit through EO and TPEG to affect the costs of PCE powder and 40% liquid mother liquor. Three oil‑price scenarios illustrate potential cost fluctuations. It also shares practical coping strategies for overseas buyers, covering contract optimization, inventory‑logistics adjustment, product‑form selection, downstream cost transfer, and raw‑material price monitoring, to help importers mitigate market risks amid price turbulence.
ConclusionControlling bleeding in concrete made with polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a comprehensive process involving several factors. These include:※ Customized design of the polycarboxylate water reducers’s molecular structure※ Proper use of air-entraining agents and viscosity-modifying admix

Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate (SNF) based admixtures are widely used as high-range water reducers in modern concrete production. By improving cement particle dispersion, SNF helps reduce water demand by around 18% to 28% while maintaining good workability and strength development. Its unique chemical
Global ocean freight keeps rising, with South America routes hit hardest. Traditional liquid PCE superplasticizer only has 40‑50% solid content. Water fills much of the container space, driving up logistics costs and increasing the risk of performance degradation during long‑distance hot sea transport. This article covers three main PCE forms: liquid, powder, and flake, and highlights the merits of flake or powder PCE superplasticizer. Cost simulation based on a 40'GP container shows that high‑solid solid‑form PCE greatly reduces freight cost per ton of active substance. With stable performance, long shelf life, low storage requirements, and good compatibility with ready‑mix concrete and dry mortar, it is a preferred cost‑saving solution for concrete admixture importers and distributors amid surging ocean freight.
