Calcium lignosulfonate is a brown-yellow powdery substance. As a natural anionic surfactant, it is produced via advanced processing technology using sulfuric acid pulping waste liquid as raw material. It exhibits strong dispersibility, adhesiveness, and chelating properties. Xinrui-Te Calcium lignosulfonate is widely used in concrete water reduction, mineral powder briquetting, ceramics and refractory materials, feed and fertiliser, water treatment and other industries.

◆ Concrete Industry
It is used as a water reducer to improve construction workability and
reduce water consumption.
◆ Smelting Industry
Used as a slag binder. It can be mixed with mineral powder to make dense
briquettes.
◆ Feed Additives
Improves palatability of livestock and poultry feed, strengthens pellet hardness, reduces powder loss and lowers breeding costs.
◆ Refractory Materials
Acts as dispersant and adhesive in refractory brick production. It optimizes product performance, reduces moisture content,
increases strength and prevents cracking.
◆ Ceramics
Reduces carbon content, improves green body strength and stabilises the fluidity of clay slurry.
◆ Metal Refining
Used as an additive for naphthol electrolysis. It promotes dense metal precipitation, upgrades product quality, and lowers cell
voltage and energy consumption.
◆ Sand Mould Casting
Serves as a dry mold adhesive with strong bonding strength and excellent mold collapsibility.
1.Residential buildings and mixing stations
Add 0.25%~0.3% calcium lignosulfonate into concrete for residential buildings and mixing stations. It reduces water use, improves
concrete fluidity and avoids segregation. It saves 8%~12% cement, increases later strength and prevents cracks.
2.Bridge and road projects
Calcium lignosulfonate used as retarding water reducer for bridge and road projects. It prevents early setting and pump blockage in high-temperature summer construction, keeps road surface smooth and prolongs service life.
◆Packing
25 kg PP woven bags lined with plastic film.
◆ Storage
Store in a dry, ventilated area, protected from rain and moisture. If caking occurs, crush the lumps; the product can
still be dissolved into a solution with equivalent performance.
◆Transportation
Avoid exposure to water and direct sunlight during transit.
Concrete is everywhere—bridges, houses, highways, dams. It’s the backbone of modern construction. But anyone working with concrete knows it doesn’t always cooperate. Once cement and water mix, the clock starts ticking.
