Concrete Reinforcement Flake Cellulose Fibers for Road House Construction
------XRTF-CF
Cellulose Fibers Introduction:
Cellulose fiber is made from a special plant species in alpine areas and undergoes a series of unique chemical treatments and mechanical processing. It has the characteristics of natural hydrophilicity and high strength and high modulus because it belongs to the natural division of plant cells.
The growth is not artificial, giving the surface a strong grip. In the subsequent processing, special stepless materials are used to turn the fibers into sheet-like monomers, which facilitates the transportation and placement of the fibers.
The flaky monomer is easily dispersed into fiber monofilaments under the action of water immersion and mixer friction, thereby achieving anti-cracking effect and effectively improving the mechanical properties of concrete, including freeze-thaw resistance and permeability resistance.
It was named as one of the "Top ten advances and development trends in global concrete Technology in 2005" by PCA(World Portland Cement Association) and recognized as the main fiber product of concrete by ACI(American Concrete Association)

Cellulose Fibers Performance characteristics:
Effectively prevent the occurrence of shrinkage cracks in concrete:
Due to the characteristics of cellulose fiber itself, such as natural hydrophilicity and excellent grip force, huge fiber specific surface area, high toughness and strength, etc.,
After being added to concrete, water immersion and external force will form A large number of evenly distributed small fibers can effectively prevent the occurrence of cracks caused by concrete plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage and temperature changes.
Cellulose Fibers Specifications and dosage:
Specifications: Because the fiber is short and thin and difficult to store and transport, it is usually made into flat squares.
Dosage in concrete: 0.5-1kg
