Our Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder, a popular High Range Water Reducer & Slump Retention PCE Superplasticizer, is a leading-edge concrete additive worldwide.
Different from traditional PNS naphthalene-based water reducers and other ordinary admixtures, this powder PCE has lots of outstanding practical benefits for concrete construction:
◆First, it needs very low mixing dosage but brings a high water-reducing rate, helping users save raw material cost easily.
◆Second, it provides reliable slump retention, effectively stopping concrete from quick slump loss during construction.
◆Third, it mixes well with most types of cement and mineral additives such as fly ash or slag powder.
◆Fourth, finished concrete has low shrinkage, keeping stable volume and longer service life.
◆Last but not least, it is eco-friendly both during production and on-site using, no harmful substances.
The recommend dosage of superplasticizer for concrete: 0.1-0.25% base on cement quantity. Solid content of PCE powder is 98%.
Normal dosage is 0.12%-0.3%.
◆ At 0.06% dosage: It brings 12% water reduction and 23% higher
concrete strength, outperforming regular commercial pumping agents.
◆ At 0.1% dosage: Its performance beats common PNS naphthalene and
melamine-based water reducers. However, the advantages won’t be clear if
you add less than 0.14%.
◆ Above 0.20% dosage: Concrete gets great flowability and excellent pumping property.
Therefore, the optimal recommended addition rate is 0.12%~0.24%.
For high-grade concrete, concrete with a large amount of fly ash / ultra-fine slag powder, or other special construction needs, the dosage can go up to 0.3%~0.5%.
Lab tests prove: Even at a 0.5% dosage, no sticky lump or concrete bleeding occurs, and the water-reducing effect continues to improve. The only side effects are higher air content, slower setting time, and slightly lower concrete strength.
◆ Visual appearance: white powder
Density | Solid Content | PH value | Chloridion | Total Alkali |
500±15 | 98±1% | 7--9 | <0.1% | <5% |
◆ According to the design of concrete, adjust quantity the water or sand to make sure the slumps, strength, setting all
to meet with requirements base on the required dosage of admixture.
◆ It apply to concrete with high performance ,strength and fluidity. When make C50 concrete,it should choose the
suitable material according to relative technology rule and confirm the suitable mixing technology base on enough
test data. To make sure the fluidity of concrete can meet with the requirements of engineering, the strength of
concrete should have surplus .
◆ This product can be added into concrete together with water which is used in mixing. but it will get better
performance if mix it with water firstly.
RFQ
Q:When will powder PCE get outstanding fluidity and pumping performance?
A:Once dosage is over 0.20%, concrete shows excellent flowability and pumping property.
Q:Will concrete have bleeding or cohesion issues if PCE powder dosage reaches 0.5%?
A:No bleeding or sticky lump occurs even at 0.5% dosage, water reducing rate still keeps rising.
Q:What side effects appear when PCE powder is over-dosed up to 0.5%?
A:Excessive dosage will cause higher air content, delayed setting time and slight drop of concrete final strength.
Q:What’s your MOQ for export order of polycarboxylate superplasticizer?
A:Minimum order quantity is 1MT, mixed specification loading acceptable.

Traditional concrete wall construction faces a long-standing set of operational challenges. Labor-intensive steel mesh installation consistently slows down project timelines. Over time, moisture penetration creates severe spalling risks as internal steel begins to corrode.
Traditional secondary reinforcement relies heavily on welded wire mesh. This approach demands significant manual labor. It frequently suffers from improper placement on job sites. Worse, it rarely prevents early-stage plastic shrinkage cracking.
Rising costs of heavily polymer-modified asphalt (PMA) and Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayers (SAMI) are forcing pavement engineers to seek alternative mechanical reinforcement strategies.
Uncontrolled foam in industrial processes doesn't just look messy. It causes severe equipment cavitation and significantly reduces usable tank capacity. It also slows down production throughput and introduces critical defects into finished products.
Modern highway and industrial road construction faces massive pressure. Project owners demand aggressively accelerated timelines. They also expect extended lifecycle durability from every pavement slab.
Concrete contractors and specifying engineers face mounting operational challenges today. Unpredictable steel costs frequently squeeze tight project margins. Placing traditional welded wire mesh demands intensive manual labor and slows down pour schedules.
The concrete reinforcement industry is undergoing a massive shift. Engineers and contractors are rapidly moving away from labor-intensive traditional steel like rebar and wire mesh. Advanced engineered polymers now offer a smarter, highly efficient alternative for modern builds.
Managing foam generation remains a massive hurdle in food, beverage, and packaging production. Excess foam severely reduces processing throughput. It causes messy spillovers on facility floors. You must control this rapid macrofoam expansion without violating strict food-contact safety regulations.
