Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Overview:
XRT-WC polycarboxylate superplasticizer is modified alkylene polyoxyethylene ether monomer, also known as six-carbon monomer. it further improves the workability of freshly mixed concrete, especially for large slump concrete, self-leveling concrete or self-compacting concrete.
When XRT-WC is used for the preparation of concrete with poor quality of sand and stone or poor adaptability of cement and less cementing material, it can significantly improve the slump retention ability and coating capacity of concrete, especially in the case that some general retarders can not be solved, and has a significant effect.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Technical performance:
The workability of the newly mixed concrete is good, especially the cohesiveness of the concrete is improved, the anti-segregation and anti-bleeding performance of the concrete is improved, and the concrete can obtain better slump.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Usage method:
The usual dosage is 0.5%-1.0% (according to the total amount of gelled material), and the best dosage should be determined by test according to the engineering materials and characteristics;
The water-reducing agent can be dissolved in water or added to the concrete mixer alone.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Application:
It is suitable for prefabricated and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete for high-speed railway, passenger line, industrial and civil construction, road, bridge, port and airport.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Packing and storage:
The liquid of this product is sealed in 200KGS and 1150KGS IBC Tanks.
Anti-leakage, anti-sun, anti-high temperature during storage;
The shelf life is one year and can be used only after passing the inspection.
